It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. Although due to the custom nature of our products we cannot refund any custom fragranced orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our signature scents we are happy to exchange it or offer a refund if it is returned unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include the original packing slip.
We're sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Bath Bar are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items that were not purchased directly from Bath Bar must be returned to the Seller from whom you purchased the items.
Credits can only be issued to the original purchaser.

For items that have been damaged in shipping, please keep the damaged item - including all packaging and packing slips - and contact email@example.com. Due to insurance policies, we cannot replace the item if these things have not been kept.
